Baby pink tube, 28 inch (71,1cm) Classic II S.E. Stethoscope. The 3M™ Littmann® Classic II S.E. Stethoscope features a patented tunable diaphragm on one side, augmenting the traditional bell function of the opposite side. The patented tunable diaphragm alternates between bell and diaphragm modes with a simple pressure change on the chestpiece.
